SamridDHI

Governance

Members and Committee
Regular and thorough review processes are essential for the success of any program. The SamridDHI program follows a quarterly review schedule, during which the Program Review and Monitoring Committee (PRMC) chairman and members are invited by the FSID for a full-day session to assess project progress and milestones. These reviews are complemented by presentations from each Industry Partner’s product owner, providing updates on technological advancements, program scheduling, financial status, intellectual property developments, and risk management strategies. Feedback and comments gathered during these reviews are carefully considered by Industry Partners and incorporated into subsequent PRMC meetings to drive continuous improvement and ensure project success.
